How does the free trial work? +
You get 14 days free, and the clock starts the day your agent goes live, not the day you sign. So you're evaluating a fully built, fully trained agent answering your real calls, not a work in progress. The trial doesn't count as a paid month or toward the commitment credit.
Is there a setup fee? +
No. Building, training, testing, and launching your agent is included in your monthly rate. If your build needs unusual custom engineering, we tell you before you sign, never after.
Can I really get all my money credited if I commit later? +
Yes. Commit to the annual plan any time in your first seven paid months and every payment you've made is credited dollar for dollar toward your first-year total. However far in you are, your first year lands at the annual rate, as if you had committed on day one, and year two continues at that rate.
What happens if my call volume spikes? +
Nothing. Your rate is per location, not per call. A storm week, a radio ad that works too well, a holiday rush: same rate. There is no overage invoice, because there is no meter.
How do I cancel? +
On the Flexible plan, cancel with 30 days' written notice. Service runs to the end of the paid period, your call data exports to you, and integrations are disconnected and credentials destroyed on your schedule.
